With the introduction of Anabella Rondina, chief operating officer of the Metropolitan Design Center, more than 80 people started on April 5 the first module of the course of Fashion Business Management.
Fashion Business module, by Patricia Jablonka facilitator, responsible for training of CMD, will be given every Tuesday until May 24 from 9:30 to 12:30 in the Auditorium of CMD (Algarrobo 1041).
This training, led by Buenos Aires Ministry of Economic Development, offers free training in Management of Fashion Companies in order to guide entrepreneurs and brands in business administration. The program is aimed at designers, SMEs, entrepreneurship and seniors to careers and consists of individual modules created to advise on how to build, build, and business position. By the second half of the year, other individual modules will be taught on various topics, including: Fashion Visual Communication, Marketing and Foreign Trade.
Business participants will deepen in the following fashion topics: Idea - Opportunity - Business; Differentiation - Value-added; How to capture consumer attention, how to manage the day to day; Organization - Payroll, investigate the market to continue Strategies, Costs - Budget - Ratio, Sales Management, Contingency ; Business Plan.
